The firm advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious insurance and re-insurance issues in both the marine and non-marine sector. These include such matters as coverage issues under marine and non-marine insurance policies, total loss investigations (where we can call upon the expertise of our team of Master Mariners) and re-insurance disputes between underwriters.

We also act for subrogated underwriters and liability insurers in prosecuting and defending recovery claims.
