Duncan joined Bentleys in September 2008 as a trainee having previously gained experience on various placements at a number of leading city law firms and spent time with a P&I Club in London. He graduated from Exeter University before completing a conversion course in law at Oxford Brookes in 2007. Duncan qualified as a solicitor in September 2010.

He is fluent in French and has spent time working in a French winery indulging his passion for the culture there.

Duncan is also an extremely keen skier and a budding triathlon enthusiast.
