Jamie Wallace joined Bentleys, Stokes and Lowless in September 2002. He studied medieval and maritime history at London University before completing the Common Professional Examination and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London. He qualified in October 2004.

Since joining the firm, Jamie has gained experience in a range of matters including:-

 Time and voyage charterparty and bill of lading disputes including demurrage claims in arbitration,
     unsafe ports, on/offhire and connecting carrieragreements;

 Cargo claims;

 Arrest and enforcement in UK and elsewhere;

 Enforcement of arbitration awards in UK and elsewhere;

 Ship repair disputes;

 P&I work;

 Indemnity claims.

Jamie also has experience in personal injury and marine insurance matters having worked for another city law firm prior to joining Bentleys.
